What does Accredited mean? To become a First Class Supplier, dealers who supply new cars will be regularly inspected on site so that Motability can be assured that we are ready and able to provide you with a first class service. The standards that Solent Motor Group have to meet are set by Motability and are under constant review so that they meet the requirements of the Motability Scheme customers. Reaching these standards is essential, as without Accreditation we are unable to support the Motability scheme.
Because Solent Motor Group are proud to display the Accredited sign, you can be assured that the charity is working on your behalf to ensure that they have attained the standards required to provide you, the Motability Scheme Customer, with a first class service.
Our performance is monitored by the charity through on site inspections, customer surveys, customer telephone calls and written correspondence. So whenever you visit Solent Motor Group you can be guaranteed that you are dealing with specially trained professional experts who can advise you on all aspects of the Motability Scheme from completion of the paperwork to choosing the right car for you and offer advice on any special modifications you may require.
